
In 2018, Universidad de la Costa (Colombia) urgently needed to improve its website, which faced three key issues: unstructured content overwhelming users, irrelevant information reducing engagement, and an outdated CMS complicating updates. Enhancing these areas was vital for a better user experience.

The website was built on the belief that every physical office needed its own digital space. This resulted in an excessive number of pages containing information that no one needed. The focus needed to shift toward offering services and products that align with the interests of our target audiences.

User profiles were identified and given a primary focus on the page.

- Administrative Staff
- Faculty
- Alumni

We switched the CMS to WordPress, as it provided greater flexibility in design and information management without compromising security and stability.

After this, we began with the visual design of the site and its content.
